Our Story

Over a decade ago, Morgan Clark — a mom of two — didn’t set out to reinvent the babysitting industry. She just wanted parents to have reliable, convenient, and trustworthy options for finding a sitter.
 

When COVID hit and left her growing babysitting business without a dependable operating system, she built her own —  using five years of hands-on experience and thousands of family interactions.

She paid close attention to what real moms actually needed.
The result?
A custom-built childcare platform created by moms, for moms.
 

We thought that was the big solution. (Cue the slow clap.)
 

But then something surprising happened: even our most qualified sitters — PhD students, early childhood education majors, even nurses — sometimes fell short in real homes.
 

We were a little shocked, so we dug deeper...
 

It wasn’t about experience or credentials. These sitters lacked real-world babysitting training.

They weren’t being taught how to handle emotionally charged situations, set clear expectations, or walk into a home with quiet confidence. And they definitely weren’t getting the credit they deserved for doing hard, sensitive work.

So we built that, too.
